Homeowners Association

Cambridge Grove has a five (5) member Board of Directors that, working with Hawthorne Property Management, authorizes expenditures, administers the budget, enforces the covenants and restrictions, and when necessary, takes legal action to either enforce covenants and restrictions or to collect annual assessments. The Board is continually watchful for ways to maintain and improve the community for the benefit of all members.

To maintain our high standards and our community amenities, the current dues are $387 bi-annually.
